Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite authors to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations showcasing original scientific research across all surgical specialties.

Submission Criteria

Present original scientific data, audits, or case reports
✓
Only completed studies will be considered; studies "in progress" will not be accepted
✓
Abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented at another meeting

Selection: The top three abstracts will be selected for Oral Presentation during the conference. The Scientific Committee will determine whether each abstract is accepted for an oral or poster presentation, and this decision will be communicated to the author along with the acceptance notification.
Author Obligations
✍  Submitting Author Declaration

The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the abstract's content and have agreed to its submission before finalising the submission.

⚖  Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

Abstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interests in the submission email.

AbbreviationsUse only standard abbreviations if needed
LanguageAbstracts must be in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit for grammar and clarity.
